STRENGTHS:.Alex has the ability to change the plain he is standing on to manifest it into something decidedly more to reflect how he's feeling.  If he is overcome with feelings of euphoria and joy he can change a place into literal paradise.  Altering the terrain, objects within the environment and things around everyone who is close.  The place becomes what he envisions. Sight, sound touch and feeling all change with it.  The change is absolute and complete.  Changing an environment makes it real.  Things disappear from the world to reflect what he needs, but things come back when the use of his abilities are no longer in affect.  

On the flip side if he is feeling angry, the environment changes to a hellish place.  Pain and agony are only the tip of the iceberg.  Suffering is inevitable when this happens.  People can be affected even killed within this new landscape.  He fills the space with literal monsters.  His inner demons personified.  Things that go bump in the night can reach out and take a piece of you.  He is very dangerous.  And he can change on a dime.  

WEAKNESS: One drawback is that he has to have clear emotion to change a place and tie it to a new existence.  If he is emotionally conflicted then the change is muddled.  Instead of hell or paradise you go to a purgatory place with no end in sight.  White all around you.  Sound echos and seems endless.  A blank void of endless time and perpetual despair.

OVERALL.   Alex can come off as arrogant and full of himself to some with a trained eye but to most he is charasmatic.  He is confident and they just want to follow his lead.  He has the ability to change a mind and is gifted with a silver tongue.  You just have to pray that you don't fall victim to his charms.

OVERALL. Growing up the son of mutants Alex knew to be careful.  He knew the depths of humanities cruelty.  He learned that lesson especially well when mutant hating humans killed his parents.  The only reason he survived the attack at all was because he was hiding under the bed watching his mom bleed out.  Too scared to crawl out from under the bed because there was still noises in the house.  He was 9 then.  He's a grown man now.


He has rallied mutants to his cause.  The vision of a world without humans.  A vision of setting things straight.  A vision of justice and vindication for his dead parents, who he loved very much.  Alex isn't a bitter man twisted with his own thoughts of vengence.  No.  He sees past that.  He sees that his is a necessary evil.
